Toscarutor (chocolate cakes with coconut topping)

Tosca Cake

Chocolate base:
4 eggs
500ml sugar
200grams melted butter
8 tablespoons cocoa
2 pinches of salt
300ml plain flour

Preheated oven to 200oc.
Cover a deep oven tray with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients and pour into the baking tray.
Bake in middle of oven  for 15 min.
Whilst the cake is in the oven, prepare the topping.

Coconut topping:
200grams grated (sure got better name but there you go) coconut
200ml sugar
100ml treacle
150ml whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan for approximately 5min then spread the mixture over the baked cake and bake for another 10min until topping is golden brown.
