1 tbsp potato flour/cornflour
Crumble:150g margarine or butter
500ml plain flour
Preheat oven to 200oc.
Place the rhubarb, strawberries and sugar in a bowl and microwave for 10minutes.
Gently stir in the potato flour.
Whilst the fruit is in the microwave, grease a large oven proof dish.
In an other bowl mix all the crumble ingredients using your finger tips to create a crumble.
Pour the fruit into the oven dish and spread the crumple on evenly on top.Bake in middle of oven for 20-30minutes until the crumble is golden.
