1 egg
100ml plain flour
200ml milk
butter for frying

Lemon juice


Place the flour in a mixing bowl and gradually add the milk whilst whisking.
Add the egg, mix well and leave to stand for a few minutes.
Melt some of the butter in a frying pan and pour in some pancake mixture, I like them very thin so I would get about 3 large pancakes from one egg. Fry until golden then flip over either using a spatula or by tossing in the air in famous pancake flipping style.

Slice the banana onto the pancakes and/or sprinkle some sugar on top.
