Vanilla (base recipe):
45g unsalted butter
375ml icing sugar
75g cream cheese
1/2tsp vanilla extract
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
Pipe or spread the icing over the cooled cake, muffins, cupcake.
Remove the vanilla extract from the base recipe and add 60ml cocoa powder.
Coffee and Chocolate:
Remove the vanilla extract from the base recipe and add 60ml cocoa powder and 1tblsp strong coffee.
Add 1/2tsp peppermint extract to the base recipe.
