Ice Cream (no churn so no ice cream maker needed)

300ml double cream
150-175g condensed milk (not light)
Flavouring (1-2tblsp cocoa powder, mint or orange extract, lemon curd….)

1. Pour the cream and condensed milk in to a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix until thick. Add flavourings such as cocoa powder, mint extract or what other flavour you want throughout the ice cream and / or....

3. Place the ice cream in a container suitable for the freezer. I wanted a layer of flavouring instead of mixing it in so I placed half of the mixture in the container.

4. Then I spread lemon curd over it.

7. Decorate (more liquorice!!). Leave to set in the freezer for 2hours.
