200g marzipan100-200g dark chocolate (min 50%)
75g soft butter
125g cake crumbs (sponge cake, muffins or similar)
1tblsp icing sugar
1tsp cocoa powder
Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl until smooth.
Flatten the marzipan to 2mm thick 100mm wide and 500mm (approximately) long.Roll the filling to a long string about finger thickness and place along the long edge of the marzipan.
Roll the cake up and cut in 50mm long pieces, place on a baking paper and put in the fridge or freezer to set.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or in microwave).
Remove the cakes from fridge/freezer and dip each end in the chocolate.
Leave for the chocolate to set and enjoy!
