400ml plain flour
100ml ground flax seeds
100ml dried fruit
100ml chopped nuts
1 tsp salt
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
75ml cranberry or lingonberry jam
400ml natural yogurt
Preheat oven to 200oc.
1. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well
3. Add the honey, jam and yogurt.
4. Mix again.
5. Place the mixture in 12 muffin cases and bake in the bottom of the oven for 40minutes.
6. Bake until dark brown, remove from oven, leave to cool and enjoy.
