0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 200oc.
Melt the butter and gently fold in the remaining ingredients to a dough.
Press out in a pie dish and use a fork to make some holes in the base so hot air can come out when cooked.
Place in oven for 8-10minutes (until slightly golden brown).
500ml berries (blueberries/raspberries or what you fancy)
1 table spoon corn flour (or potato flour or normal flour if you haven’t got corn flour)
Mix the ingredients together. Put on top of the base (after it’s been cooked) and place in oven for another 15 minutes.
