200-500ml apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
Sugar (1-2 table spoon)
400ml plain flour
Preheat oven to 200oc.
Place the apple in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 5-10minutes until soft.
Grease a deep oven-proof dish. Place the blackberries and apple in the dish and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Place all the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and mix well using your fingers.
Cover the berries with the crumble and bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 30minutes until the top is golden.
