2 brown bananas
50g melted butter
60ml whipping cream
1/2tsp vanilla extract
225ml plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
Preheat oven to 175oc and grease a loaf tin.
Mash the bananas with the sugar.
Add all the egg, melted butter, vanilla and cream and mix well.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the loaf tin.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30minutes.
Check if the cake is baked by sticking a toothpick in it, if the toothpick comes out clean the cake is ready.
